Gillespie Shield Winner

This year's winner of the Gillespie Shield is Judy from P7.  Miss Sandra Gillespie was a great volunteer in Harding and her career as a teacher inspired many children and young people.  We would like to thank her family for continuing to inspire young people to challenge themselves, by donating the Gillespie Shield which we present each year to the pupil who produces a piece of writing that others enjoy reading, is creative and thoughtful and that encourages others to write.  Congratulations to Judy and also to Seraphine and Hanzo who were very worthy runners up.  The winning story is posted in our letters section for you to read.
